We will be discontinuing Orbit Free on 30 September 2018. After that, customers will still have 2 months to extract their files. Their data will be stored an additional 6 months until 31 May 2019.
After our merger with Webdam, we decided to focus further on providing the best product for our customers. This was a strategic decision that will ensure an even better solution and services for all of our customers going forward.
You can access your Orbit Free account until 30 November 2018 to extract your files. Please use these instructions.
Orbit Free will be discontinued by 28 September 2018, meaning you will be able to access your account and retrieve your files any time before that. You’ll have until 30 November 2018 to extract all your files.
If you’d like to export your files, please follow these instructions.
The final date for extracting your files is 30 November 2018.
Orbit transfers cannot be exported since these files are stored and shared from your computer. The end user who received the files can download the files until the last day of service on the account or the last day of the share expiration, whichever comes first.

Bynder will store your data for 6 months from the final shutdown of your portal, 30 November 2018. Any assets still remaining in Orbit on May 30 2019 will be deleted permanently.
